Available on Spotify the interview broadcast live on Radio Bla Bla Newtork on December 15, guest in Milan of the program PASSO e CHIUDO hosted by Fabiana Gerbino from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
The interview discusses Ingrid Carbone’s work as an internationally renowned concert pianist and university professor of mathematics, with a career that combines music, scientific research, and cultural dissemination. She has performed in Europe, Asia, and the Middle East and has recorded for the Japanese label Da Vinci Publishing, earning ICMA nominations and numerous Global Music Awards recognition. She was also recognized by the Conservatory of Cosenza as one of the best pianists of the institution’s first 50 years.
In parallel to her artistic career, she is a researcher and tenured professor at the University of Calabria, with a solid international scientific output. Her musical interpretation integrates analytical rigor and expressive sensitivity, reflecting her dual training. She has studied with masters such as Lazar Berman and at prestigious international academies.
The winner of numerous artistic and career awards, she combines her concerts with a strong commitment to musical dissemination through her original “concert-conversations.” She has collaborated with important Italian and international cultural institutions and, in October of this year, she was the protagonist of masterclasses and a concert dedicated to Italian composers in Amman.
