The accomplished Calabrian pianist Ingrid Carbone enchanted the loyal audience of the Polli Stoppani Foundation in Bergamo by holding, last June 26, a “conversation-concert” on Ruggiero Leoncavallo and Franz Liszt in the splendid Polli-Stoppani house-museum.
“My concert conversations differ from concert lessons in that they are intended for everyone. It’s really about taking the audience by the hands and leading them into my world of listening, reading and research, providing all the essential elements to understand and follow each song which I then perform in full.”
